1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Adrianquivo Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a rental.

2. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a written rental agreement specifying delivery date, duration, location, servicing frequency, and total cost. Rental periods begin on the delivery date.

3. Delivery and Placement

You are responsible for providing safe, accessible placement locations. Our drivers will advise on optimal placement, but final location is your choice. Additional fees may apply for difficult access.

4. Damage and Loss

Customer is responsible for the unit during the rental period.
Damage beyond normal wear may incur repair or replacement fees.
Stolen or lost units will be billed at replacement cost.

5. Payment Terms

Standard rentals require payment upon delivery or within 30 days for commercial accounts. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee.

7. Liability

Adrianquivo Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental units.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
